DiamondRock Hospitality Company Announces Pricing of Follow-On Common Stock Offering

BETHESDA, Md., March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 16,800,000 shares of common stock at a price of $13.00 per share. DiamondRock has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,520,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on April 4, 2006, subject to customary closing conditions. Merrill Lynch & Co., Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and Wachovia Securities acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., JMP Securities and Robert W. Baird & Co. acted as the co-managers.
