BETHESDA, Md., June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") (NYSE: DRH) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1025 per share to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2014. The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2014.
